Stanley “Butch” Barr has been practicing eminent domain litigation in Virginia for over twenty years. Butch has extensive trial experience, having argued numerous cases before the Virginia Supreme Court and Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Butch has been featured as a speaker at the National Eminent Domain Seminar.
