Section Of The Mountain Valley Pipeline Washed Onto Landowner’s Property

After facing recent legal challenges the Mountain Valley Pipeline faces yet another setback. This time two 80-foot sections of the pipeline washed onto a landowner’s farm in Franklin County after heavy rain last week. The landowner has refused to give the developers of the Mountain Valley Pipeline permission to enter his property to retrieve the massive 80-foot sections. The landowner is worried that further damage will occur on his farm in order to retrieve the pipes. According to legal experts, it is unlikely the landowner will be able to legally keep the pipes. No legal action has yet to be filed by the developers of the Pipeline.
